The Sonosax SX-R4+ features four XLRF mic/line level balanced inputs, two TA-3 line balanced inputs, four AES3 balnced inputs on a multi-pin connector, an AES3 balanced input or output with ASRC on TA-3, and two unbalanced line TA-3 outputs. It has a 114 dB (A-weighted) overall dynamic range from analog input to recorded file and 90 kHz overall frequency response at 192 kHz recording. Up to 12 Mic level inputs can be added when the unit is connected to the Sonosax AD8+
The SX-R4+ can record up to 16 tracks on 2 x SD cards in an uncompressed BWF format with iXML metadata at sample rates of 44.1 up to 192 kHz @ 24 bit depth. The touch screen 2.4\" provides a modern interface for setting control and manipulation.
